BIC EVIDENCE BOARD / PATTERNS 001—
Patterns in the broken internet
Repeated bits of digital friction, traced across real services. Programmatic structure; editorial substance; no page generated merely because a spreadsheet could.
WHAT LIVES HERE
One incident is an annoyance. Repetition is a pattern.
BIC assessments record consistent evidence tags: whether an account is required, whether an app is genuinely necessary, what still works on the web, how somebody can leave and whether a human can be found.
Pattern pages connect those observations across services. They are not automated accusations. Every claim leads back to a dated task, confidence level and source.

Account and app dependency
When registration is necessary, when it is merely convenient for the service, and what survives without the app.NOT A CONTENT CALENDAR
More patterns appear when the evidence earns them.
Likely candidates include difficult cancellation, disappearing human support and privacy versus convenience. They will not receive pages until enough assessments make the comparison useful.
